I was excited when I first learned of this trait, same as you. It's kid of dissapointing though. Statistically taking a bath uses less water, but I guess because it's a "quick shower" it works. I wish the trait for work with the Eco objects from the Sims Store, like the Twizy and the Prius, and the solar panels and wind mills. Because honestly is real life an Eco-friendly person would be happy with those things.

I mean, I get what they were going for? But it just makes that particular Sim come off as a big nag.

The other moodlet that i discovered with the eco-freindly sims is that if they also garden when they water the plants they get the "replenishing the earth" moodlet and it looks pretty cool , i don't remeber how long it lasts but it is positive, and other than that, the trait annoys me i also thought it was cool in the beginning and made a whole family of them...big mistake, (btw the bike thing works :) )

Good tip, Katie, thanks!  I'll have to give that a try! And wow, a whole eco-friendly family - you must feel nagged half to death by now!
