I'll be honest with you... I was THIS close to buying it last Saturday, had my wallet in hand and everything. But then I realized that, at $20, it costs half what the Showtime expansion pack will! And Showtime is going to have SO much more functionality!

I know a few people who bought Lunar Lakes and they say it's an interesting property, there's a tree that gives you skill points, but other than that... kinda underwhelming. Probably not worth your $20!

I've actually already bought it, and i'll tell you something... it's not half bad! It doesn't punch you in the face with amazingness... but it's definatly like nothing we've seen before. It's completley different from Barnicle Bay and Hidden springs... and there are some really cool features! Including the tree of prosperity, there are also some cute little easter eggs like all the mailboxes and street lights are different (cosmos themes) and instead of the moon rising when night time comes, a massive blue planet rises instead!

I'm sucker when it comes to Sci-Fi stuff, so I really couldn't resist the temptation of Luna Lakes! I'll admit the character decriptions were a bit lacking, but other then that, it find it was really worth it!

(However if you are more in Legacies and stuff, unless you were planing to start a whole new 'cosmic' storyline, maybe Luna Lakes would be worth a miss. However i loved it, and would definatly recomened it!)
